Physical Therapist

Seeking a passionate, motivated, and energetic therapist interested in working in a pediatric setting, both in the outpatient clinic and private school. Facilities are conveniently located to one another.

A multidisciplinary clinic offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services in one convenient location in Alpharetta, GA. The therapists work closely together to provide the best care possible for our kids. Our pediatric therapists also provide academic based services in our private school.

We are seeking a physical therapist to provide excellent care in both the school and pediatric setting. Therapist should be eager to work alongside other disciplines to provide evidence-based and family-centered care for a diverse pediatric client base as well as educators in the academic setting for meeting the needs of students and their Individualized Education Programs (IEP). Applicant should be familiar with pediatric standardized measurement tools.

We are looking to fill a contractor Physical therapy position. Prior experience servicing the pediatric population is not required. New grads are welcome.


 Qualifications and Skills: Applicant must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and MUST be licensed in the State of Georgia.

RBT

 Position Overview:
Join our team as an RBT dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals in need. We are looking for a compassionate individual with a background in behavioral health and a passion for helping others.

Consistent Schedule: Guaranteed 30-hour workweek during the school year, with hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. School Holidays are rostered shifts. The clinic operates year-round. School and Clinic are at the same location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individual therapy goals and foster positive behavioral change.
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care activities related to behavioral therapy, following established protocols and care plans.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of medical information, therapy progress, and individual care plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the behavioral health team, including therapists, caregivers, and educators, to ensure effective and cohesive treatment strategies.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and handle sensitive medical information with professionalism.
  • Provide support to individuals with special education needs, especially children, to promote their social and emotional development.
  • Engage in activities designed to encourage positive behaviors and social skills in patients, particularly those with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active RBT Certification Number.
  • Has at least 1 year of ABA experience.
  • Has a passion to work with children in the autism spectrum and other abilities.
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and methods.
  • Familiarity with patient care practices within behavioral health settings.
  • Experience creating and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Understanding of behavioral therapy principles and their practical applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and collaborate effectively with diverse professionals.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail skills.
